D3 stuck at updating tools

This gets the links to show, but any subsequent interaction with the graph disconnects the markers from the ends of the links.

Interval( id='interval-component', interval=1*1000 ) ]) ) @app.callback(Output('live-update-graph', 'figure'), events=[Event('interval-component', 'interval')]) def update_graph_live(): fig = plotly.tools.make_subplots(rows=2, cols=1, vertical_spacing=0.2) fig['layout']['margin'] = fig['layout']['legend'] = fig.append_trace(, 1, 1) fig.append_trace(, 2, 1) return fig if __name__ == '__main__': app.run_server(debug=True) the toggled traces and selected zoom/marker/whatever is kept but this does not work for bar plots (although it should work: https://github.com/plotly/plotly.js/pull/1143). Bar( x=[1, 2, 3, 4, 5], y=[(t 1) * random() for i in range(5)], name='Bar '.format(t) )) layout = plotly.graph_objs. Bar( x=[1, 2, 3, 4, 5], y=[(t 1) * random() for i in range(5)], name='Bar '.format(t) )) layout = plotly.graph_objs.And here's the fullpage url if you want to test it in Net Renderer yourself.Even if that's not an ideal solution, it would at least be helpful to know whether that makes any difference. The marker issue has been documented before and is a serious bug of IE10.Why it also causes the links to disappear, I don't know. It's not the cleanest solution as I've encoded each marker directly in its link's path, but it works.
